VISA
Visitors must be in possession of international passports or other internationally recognised travel documents, endorsed for travelling in Malaysia and with validity period of at least six months beyond the time of stay allowed in Malaysia.

Please contact the nearest Malaysian Embassy or Consulate, your travel agent or the Conference Secretariat to find out the passport and visa requirements for entry into Malaysia.

ELECTRICITY
Malaysia's voltage is 220 to 240 volts using 3-pin switch sockets. You may require a 2-way safety plugs should you be using 2-pin plugs. American manufactured appliances are therefore incompatible unless they are specifically made for 220 volts or an adaptor is used. Adaptors are usually available at hotels or can be purchased in electrical outlets in most shopping complexes.

ENTRY FORMALITY
International flights will be arriving at the Satellite Building of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Airport limousines and budget taxis are available for transfer to the hotels at a cost of RM60-80 (budget taxis) or RM80-100 (airport limousines). The coupons for the limousines and taxis can be purchased from Airport Limo counters in the arrival hall.
